Honourable Mention from East Hants Design Awards 2019
February 2019: RYC Property Ltd was awarded its Third East Hants Design Award. This award was for the design and work of our newest building, 105 John Murray Drive.
2016 Certificate of Excellence from East Hants
February 2016: RYC Property Ltd was awarded it's Second East Hants Design Award. This award was for restoration of a historic home located at 7 Horne Drive in Elmsdale, which currently is home to Cup Of Soul Cafe.
2013 Certificate of Excellence from East Hants
February 2013, RYC Property Ltd was awarded it's First Municipality of East Hants Design Award. This award was for the Convent Lane Townhouses Inc. RYC Property Ltd was not only the builder of this project, but also the designer working making Convent Lane Townhouses one of the first Energy Star buildings in Nova Scotia.
